Booking FAQ

Can I book an appointment for someone else?

Yes! You are welcome to book with us on behalf of someone else. Click the Book Now button at the top of the navigation bar. When selecting an option, choose Group Appointments and pick the service or services you want to book for them.

Alternatively, navigate to the service or services you want to book for them on the website and select the Book Online or Book Session button.

From there, you can select the person you want to book for under the This service is for section. If you're self booking, keep it under Me. If you're booking for someone else, select New Guest and add their name under the Guest Info (Optional) section.

How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

When changing your appointments, please refer to our Missed/Cancelled Appointment Policy in our Terms of Service.

What if I'm running late?

No worries! We'll hold appointments up to 15 minutes after their scheduled time. After 15 minutes, appointments are considered a no-show.

Can I book multiple services?

Yes! Simply navigate to the services you'd like to add, and click Add in the self-booking overlay. Your added services will stay in your cart as you browse the site until you complete your booking or remove them.

Can I book with a specific aesthetician?

You sure can! When booking the service or services you want, choose Select a professional. You can designate a specific service to an aesthetician or select the first available professional.

Can you even designate different aestheticians for each service you add to your cart!

Can I purchase gift cards?

Absolutely! You can purchase gift cards in our self-booking or from our booking partner!
